Why Bob Dylan Matters

If you’re deeply into Dylan or curious about why so many people care so much about his music, then come join us for this lively event focused on the rich archives now housed here in Tulsa.

Richard F. Thomas is a renewed professor of classical literature at Harvard University, where he also teaches a hugely popular first-year seminar on Bob Dylan.  His new book positions the Nobel-award winning singer-songwriter within the great traditions of world culture to explain how and why his songs have become classics.

Free and open to the public!
